Amber and I went out for Dim Sum this morning. It was very fresh and tasty and we both agreed we should do it more often. Then we went to catch a bus to a stereo shop on Roosevelt at 63rd Street. When we approached the bus, it started moving away so we knocked on the window. The driver pointed backwards and kept moving, then sat at a stoplight for 2 minutes. I think he was telling us to wait for the next bus, which we did. It came about ten minutes later.
At the stereo shop, we listened to two different turntables play The Stooges’ “Down on the Street”. We thought the less expensive one sounded better. Then we listened to a Sun Ra song with two different stylus cartridges on the approved turntable. The more expensive one sounded better this time.
After that, we returned a video and picked up some fake bacon that we forgot at the cinema the other night. We tried to get bubble tea, but the place was closed. Then we decided to catch the bus and get a cold drink in Ballard instead. My friend Alan was on the bus and we talked.
Once we got home after the cold drink, we moved furniture and sat outside for about an hour. I worked on a poster and Amber just laid there. We went inside when the sun went behind a tree.
